Festival International de Louisiane is expanding its ‘footprint’ this year and will feature Cirque de la Rue, street performers from around the world. Performing on Jefferson Street between Vermilion Street and Garfield Street on Festival Thursday through Festival Sunday (April 22-25) at various times throughout the day.
